Came in with a disappointing Dyson, Haz walked me thru a new Miele Home Care System. He then offered me a full trade in credit on my old and broken Dyson and I left very satisfied with a new Miele Home Care Vaccum and a 5-Year Warranty.

I take my ancient Kirby, and my Dyson there for repairs and they always do a great job in a timely fashion.
