The vacuum was under warranty
These guys are AWESOME! I brought in my Electrolux vacuum to have it repaired, the vacuum was under warranty. After a month in a half of waiting on Electrolux to get them the parts I reached out to Electrolux to find out what was going on with the parts. The company said they would just replace the vacuum. I thought well that’s awesome, however Electrolux is just dragging their feet on getting me a new vacuum. I received a call from All Rays today they said they have a brand new vacuum in the box waiting for me. They said they will wait for the company to give them the new vacuum because they knew I need one. What a stand up a business. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you, I know you guy’s did not have to do this.
